Description:  I only wished I had gotten hear a few minutes earlier! V92 was stopped with a string of tank cars stretched accross the street. I guess a few guys (idiots), tired of waiting climbed up over the coupler of one of the cars, crossing over to the other side. Just after the last idiot made it accross, the train started to move with its normal jerking bang as the slack was taken up.
