Album Info:FER was founded 2001 by the merger of four lines in Governmental Management Commissioners of the north Italien region of Emilia Romagna. Later two other regional train operaters were added. Emilia-Romagna currently owns 59.44% of FER, the rest belonging to the provinces of Bologna, Mantua, Ferrara, Modena, Parma, Ravenna, Reggio Emilia and Rimini. In January 2009 FER ordered twelve 5-carriage FLIRTs with each train having a capacity of 550 passengers (seated and standing) which are to be deliverd now in 2012.
