A38 relief crew boarded A55 at Control Point Fleming in Grimes, Al. after the original A55 crew ran short on time after having delays with the lead unit 4002, nothing but trouble out of these Caterpillar Locomotives thus far, but I sure like the looks of them, especially the conventional cab ones, 4000, 4001, & 4300. A38 brings the train back north from Boligee back to Birmingham, Al. the next morning, used to run north as A56 but has changed to A38 northbound, but still runs as A55 southbound

I've never seen A84 this long before, they stopped at Roberta Yard just south of Calera, AL. & picked up 40 cars, most of them loaded, when they left there they had 60 Cars total, buddy did this SD40-2 & GP38-3 sound good pulling this heavy load.
