This locomotive was built in February 1951 (c/n 13106) on EMD Order 6181A. I failed to note which train this was. Based on the June 1965 edition of The Official Guide, this might be either Train # 48, The General, or Train # 28, The Broadway Limited. The General was due at Englewood at 3:28 PM and The Broadway Limited was due at 4:13 PM. |
