Waterloo Central Railway #1556. This tourist railway runs between Waterloo and St. Jacobs, Ontario.
Description:
A 70 ton locomotive originally built by GE in February 1950 as PGE (Pacific Great Eastern) #556. Serial number 30440, In January 1965 it was sold to Lake Ontario Syeel in Whitby, ON and in 1997 was donated to the Southern Ontario Locomotive Restoration Society in St. Thomas, ON. It later became WCR #1556.
