PPCX 800169 was originally built back in 1914 as Norfolk & Western Diner 1010. In 1934, it was converted into Business Car 101. In 1980, it was converted into a Test Car. It was renumbered 34 in the Norfolk Southern merger. The car was sold to Ken Bitten in 1987 and resold to the Morristown & Erie where it was converted into private car "Blue Ridge". It would be sold to MCVX before it would end up being sold to Iowa Pacific around 2015. |
