| Is indeed a sad day. Due to the construction of a new Google facility, the north end of the Caldwell Cty RR (ex, Carolina & North-Western) is closed. Ex-Family Lines GP16 #1811 leads the last train south past an old Broyhill Furniture plant. Back in the day, this was a BUSY place! |
