| Reading built the Allentown branch into Kutztown, PA but did not extend it to Allentown. After the collapse of the Reading in the 1970's, it was under the control of several short lived lines. The Borough of Kutztown purchased the branch and eventually renamed it the Allentown & Auburn RR which it is today as seen in Jim Lockart's photo. |
