Tom Travis General Fred Boyer is working on the head end of 2789. Now looking fairly complete with classification markers back on. Headlight is mounted and number boards now have authentic lettering in them for 2789. 9/18/2013 1:39:23 PM
Tom Travis General Rebuilding price would be well over 1 million to restore to operational condition. Cosmetic restoration is the solution that need to be done now, maybe someday, a major Rail Road will come along wanted to restore the engine to operation. 9/18/2013 1:53:15 PM
