At the bottom of this frame is a cement marker in the middle of the track. The MEC placed these at the start of each curve for reference. Maine Winters push these things around and they tend to rise up a little from year to year. I have never seen one that hasn't had the top pounded with a sledge so it won't hit on a traction motor.
