With a pair of E-units and a combination of lightweight and heavyweight cars, Louisville & Nashville train No. 6 - the northbound HUMMING BIRD - was negotiating one of the temporary tracks around the construction site of the Franklin Avenue underpass on its way out of New Orleans. This was one of several grade separation projects built around the city as a part of the New Orleans Union Passenger Terminal project. (approximate day) |
