| WIL-ALT-65. Here is an original photo that I took while riding in a Pennsylvania Railroad passenger train from Harrisburg to Altoona on 28 March 1965. Shown here is a partial view of the Harrisburg Enginehouse, situated just West of the Passenger Station. Parked in front of it (R to L) are PRR engines #2225, #7189, and a GP-9 whose number is not legible. All were built by EMD. #2225 is an EF-22 built in 1963 and rated at 2,250 horsepower. #7189 is an EFS-17M built in 1957 and rated at 1,750 horsepower. |
