| Seen from the entrance to CNs Neenah Yard, it appears either WATCO of CN employees had started the units and were inspecting four leased locomotives. The four units will be brought to Appleton yard where WATCOs Fox Valley and Lake Superior (FOXY) will take over two CN branch lines (among many others in Wisconsin) on January 29th 2022. The closest locomotive to the camera is HLCX 1042 (GP38-2) and the furthest is HLCX 3880 (GP38-2). I was unable to get the other two units reporting marks. |
