Here is the scan of a letter dated 20 September 1912 from the Pennsylvania Railroad's chief Purchasing Agent D.S. Newhall (in Philadelphia) asking the Juniata Limestone Company (in Hollidaysburg) about an order for "five cars Limestone Screenings." The JLC's response is not recorded. Note the inclusion of three PRR subsidiary lines. |
