| If the number on this engine looks familiar, it was once carried by one of the more notable CP locomotives in the diesel age. This with some seniority will recall an Alco with this number, which belonged to the only RSD 17 ever built, which was assigned to Agincourt Yard in Toronto. It was a truly unique unit, and has been off the roster for probably 20 years at this point.But its number lives on, now carried by a much more mundane unit, one of hundreds. |
