Description:
Chicago Burlington & Quincy Railroad 4-6-4 Class S-4 3005 at Clyde, Illinois on May 30, 1953, photographer unknown, print by Don Gruber, Chuck Zeiler collection. Number 3005 was built by Baldwin in 1930 (c/n 61526) and sold for scrap in April 1955. The box behind the sand dome was part of the cab signal appartus.
